The hatching and the subtle colour changes make this look ethereal. Beta Arceus really does have a certain je ne sais quoi to it.

I am in LOVE with the colours in this it helps with the absolute raw energy of the scene, Speaking of, the composition reminds me of a renaissance painting but with an impressionist feel to it.

I really enjoy your use of linework for the hair, the palette and composition are also really neat. Almost pastel but not quite, and just the right balance of negative space.
